WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

Your order may have been canceled due to one of the following reasons:


1. Sourcing Status Update
While we strongly discourage our sellers from canceling orders, there are instances where they are unable to fulfill them. We make every effort to secure a replacement promptly, but if unsuccessful, the order will be canceled.


2. Incorrect or Unverifiable Billing Information
If the billing details provided do not match the payment method or cannot be verified, the order may be canceled to protect against unauthorized transactions.


3. Suspicious or Potentially Fraudulent Activity
Orders flagged by our system for unusual or high-risk activity may be canceled as a precautionary measure.


4. Payment Not Received Within 7 Days
Orders for which payment is not completed within 7 days of placement are automatically canceled.


5. Address or Delivery Constraints
The order could not be delivered due to an invalid or undeliverable shipping address.


6. Unforeseen Circumstances

Unexpected event beyond our control
