Please note: Returns sent to us without prior approval will be rejected. Ship Your Item: Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item to our warehouse. Costs & Fees To be fully transparent, here is the breakdown of the costs and refund method: Refund Method: Your refund will be issued as KICKS CREW store credit for you to use on a future purchase. Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee, calculated based on the purchase value of the returned item (including the original shipping fee and any applicable sales taxes), will be deducted from your store credit. Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable. Return Shipping Costs: You are also responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us. Items Not Eligible for Return The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return: Trading Cards or Collectibles. Final Sale products, $1 Dollar Deals, or Marketing Giveaways. Any item that is returned worn, damaged, with tags removed, or with a damaged original box.

Order confirmation email: Use the Check Your Order or Track Your Order button in your order confirmation email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment. As KICKS CREW is a global marketplace, items within the same order may be sourced and fulfilled independently by different retail partners. As a result: Each item is processed separately and may be subject to a different fulfillment timeline. Items may be shipped separately and, therefore, may arrive on different dates. It then goes through a thorough quality control and verification process to ensure authenticity, accuracy, and condition before being dispatched Shipping & Delivery: Once an item passes verification, it is dispatched to your delivery address. Delivery time depends on your location and the courier service. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your item is on its way. How Can I Check My Order Status? You don't need to contact us! The easiest way to check your order's progress at any time is by logging into your KICKS CREW Account or by using the order status link from your confirmation email. CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER OR ITEM?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. This includes changes to the shipping address, product selection, size, payment method, or any other details. If you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase, you may request to cancel one or more items in your order before they have been shipped by contacting our Customer Support team. Please note: Cancellation requests are subject to approval and cannot be guaranteed If approved, a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the product price will apply.
