Products must be returned in their original boxes and placed in protective packaging for return shipping. Fees and Charges: 15% restocking fee of the original order value. Original processing & shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method only. Once our team accepts the exchange request and provides the return address via email, customers must ship the item back within 7 days. Please CONTACT US before returning any products.
