CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

Yes, size exchange is available if the item(s) are unused and still have the KICKS CREW tags attached. Each order is eligible for exchange once. 

• An exchange request can be made within 7 days of the delivery date and subject to availability. 
• A return and reship handling fee will apply.
• The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
• Any price differences between sizes will apply, as well as any applicable sales tax and other charges
• The goods being returned must be unused and in their original condition (including boxes/item packaging), with the KICKS CREW tags attached.
• CONTACT US and state the reason for the exchange and your desired size.
• Our team will provide the return address after confirming the exchange application.

Once our team accepts the return request and provides the return address via email, customers must ship the item back within 7 days.

**  Returns will not be accepted if the products/boxes/item packaging are damaged/not in their original condition or if the tags are removed.
** Sale items, products in campaign activities, and defective and quality issue items are excluded from returns.
