CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

Yes! We offer a one-time size exchange for eligible items. Here’s a clear guide on how the process works.


Our Exchange Window

  • Special Holiday Policy: To make gift-giving easy, orders placed between November 14 and December 31, 2025, are eligible for an exchange request until January 15, 2026.
  • Standard Policy: For all other orders, your request must be made within 14 days of your delivery date.


How to Request an Exchange (Step-by-Step)

  1. Check Your Item: Before you start, please ensure your item is in its original, unworn condition with the KICKS CREW tag and any original tags still attached. The item must be in its original box.
  2. Contact Us First: Please CONTACT US (HERE) to request the exchange. Let us know your order number and the new size you need.
    Please note: Returns sent to us without prior approval will be rejected.
  3. Ship Your Item: Once our team approves the request, you will be given instructions to ship the item back to our warehouse.
  4. Get Your New Size: After your return is received and passes inspection, we will confirm the availability of your requested size.


Understanding the Costs

To be fully transparent, here is the breakdown of the costs associated with an exchange:

  • You Cover:
    • The return shipping fee (to send the original item back to us).
    • The reshipping fee (for us to send the new size to you).
    • Any price difference for the new size with applicable taxes and charges (we will request this via PayPal).
  • Non-Refundable:
    • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • Refund (if available):
    • If the requested size is unavailable, a partial refund will be issued per our Return Policy.
    • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued in the form of store credit to your KICKS CREW account, which can be used toward future purchases.


Important Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for a size exchange:

  • Final Sale items, $1 Steals, or Marketing Giveaways.
  • Trading Cards or Collectibles.
  • Items that are returned worn, damaged, with tags removed, or with a damaged original box.
