HOW DO I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, you have the option to return them to us under the following return policy.


Return Window:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.


Conditions of Products:

  • It must be in its original conditions with KICKS CREW and original tags attached.
  • Products must be returned in their original boxes and placed in protective packaging for return shipping.


Fees and Charges:

  • 15% restocking fee of the original order value.
  • Original processing & shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method only.


Once our team accepts the return request and provides further instructions, customers must ship the item back within the timeline provided by the customer support team.


Please CONTACT US before returning any products. Returns sent without prior approval will be rejected.



** Orders for items in the "Trading Cards" and "Collectibles" categories are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

** Returns will not be accepted if the products/boxes are damaged/not in their original condition or if the tags are removed.

** Sale items, products in campaign activities, and defective and quality issue items are excluded from returns.
