WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS RETURNED BEFORE I RECEIVE IT?

If an order cannot be delivered due to issues like customs clearance, incomplete addresses, or unavailability, it may be discarded by customs or returned to us. For delivery specifics, please contact the local courier.


In cases of delivery failure, shipping fees are non-refundable, and additional surcharges may apply. Once the item is returned to us, we’ll process a refund according to our return policy, deducting applicable surcharges, taxes, and duties. In some cases, no refund will be available where these charges exceed the order’s total value or the shipment is discarded.


Please note that we cannot arrange a reshipment in this situation.
