WHAT HAPPENS IF MY RETURNED ITEM DOES NOT PASS THE INSPECTION AT YOUR WAREHOUSE?

If a returned item does not meet our Returns Verification criteria, we will be unable to proceed with a return, refund, or exchange, and this applies to all cases.


As all requests are reviewed on a per item basis, only the specific item that fails inspection will be affected.


In such cases, customers may choose to have the item reshipped back to them. Please note that both the return shipping fee and the reshipping fee will be the customer’s responsibility. Our Customer Support team will contact you with payment instructions via PayPal before the item is reshipped.


If payment is not completed within the specified timeframe, we may be unable to hold the item, and it may be discarded without further notice.


Items that may be rejected during inspection include (but are not limited to):


We are unable to process returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Request that do not meet the eligibility criteria of our Returns/Exchange window.

  • Items returned without prior authorization from our support team.

  • Items shipped outside the approved return timeframe as specified by our support team.

  • Items returned after the rejection of the return request by our support team.

  • Products that have been improperly used, including, but not limited to: contact with extremely damp objects, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergent, solvent, or cooking oil, or exposure to overheating.

  • Products with loose threads or cracks resulting from external scratches by hard objects or internal wear and tear.

  • Products with color fading due to the display.

  • Products with an unclean appearance.

  • The shoebox or clothing packaging has been damaged or is not in its original condition.

  • Non-KICKS CREW products or products without the KICKS CREW Quality Control tag attached.

  • Products on sale, included in campaign activities, defective items, or items with quality issues.
