If your returned item does not meet our Returns Verification criteria, we will be unable to proceed with the return, refund, or exchange. This policy applies to all cases.
Customers have the option to have the ineligible item reshipped, but will be responsible for both the return and reshipping fees. Our Customer Support team will contact you to confirm your payment via PayPal before the item is reshipped to you.
KICKS CREW is not responsible for returned items that are deemed ineligible. If customers refuse to settle the reshipping fee or fail to do so within the specified timeframe, the item will be discarded accordingly without the customer’s agreement.
We are unable to process returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Request that do not meet the eligibility criteria for our 7-day Returns/Exchange policy.
Items returned without prior authorization from our support team.
Items shipped outside the approved return timeframe as specified by our support team.
Items returned after the rejection of the return request by our support team.
Products that have been improperly used, including, but not limited to: contact with extremely damp objects, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergent, solvent, or cooking oil, or exposure to overheating.
Products with loose threads or cracks resulting from external scratches by hard objects or internal wear and tear.
Products with color fading due to the display.
Products with an unclean appearance.
The shoebox or clothing packaging has been damaged or is not in its original condition.
Non-KICKS CREW products or products without the KICKS CREW Quality Control tag attached.
Products on sale, included in campaign activities, defective items, or items with quality issues.
