Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. This includes changes to the shipping address, product selection, size, payment method, or any other details.
If you no longer wish to proceed with your purchase, you may request to cancel one or more items in your order before they have been shipped by contacting our Customer Support team. Please note:
- Cancellation requests are subject to approval and cannot be guaranteed
- If approved, a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the product price will apply.
- Items in the Trading Cards and Collectibles categories are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances.
All requests are reviewed and processed on a per item basis. This means individual items within the same order may be eligible for cancellation independently, without affecting the remaining items.
To help us process your request as quickly as possible, please provide your order number and the SKU of the relevant item(s) when contacting us.
