Instant Ship items are easy to spot on our platform. After selecting a size, look for the note displayed below the Checkout button. If Instant Ship is available, you will see the message "Instant Ship Applied" along with the estimated packaging time.
Important:
- Instant Ship ensures faster order processing and dispatch. However, it does not guarantee faster delivery after shipment. Once the package has been dispatched, delivery times are determined by the courier and may vary due to factors outside of KICKS CREW’s control.
- Instant Ship may not be available for all items and sizes. Please ensure you select your desired size to confirm availability.
- Instant Ship does not incur any additional shipping fees. Standard shipping rates will be applied at checkout.
- For orders containing multiple items, Instant Ship applies only to eligible items on an item-by-item basis, not to the entire order. Other items in the same order may follow standard processing timelines.
- In rare cases, delays may occur. If an item does not pass our quality inspection before shipment, we may need to source a replacement from our retail partners, which may extend processing time. External factors may also occasionally impact processing times.
