HOW TO USE RETURN HELPER?

Before proceeding with the steps below, please get in touch with our support team through the CONTACT US form. Our team will send you a confirmation email and the Return Helper link to guide you through the process.


Below is a step-by-step guide on how to use the Return Helper:


STEP 1: Enter the correct Order ID and the email address associated with your order, then click "Start your return".



STEP 2: Confirm the item displayed matches the product you intend to return.

  • If NO, please verify the order number and try again.

  • If YES, update the “Quantity” field to “1” and click “Next”.



STEP 3: Select the return reason by clicking the “Select Reason” field.



STEP 4: A pop-up window will appear. Scroll down to complete the required fields, including the "Return Reason", and upload any requested images (following the instructions in our email). Once finished, click “Save,” then “Next“.




STEP 5: Confirm the shipping address, which will default to the original address used for your order, and click “Next”.



STEP 6: Select “Fedex Ground - to NJ” as the shipping option, then click “Submit”.



Upon successful submission, a confirmation page will appear, and you will receive an email from Return Helper with further details.



Please allow a few days for our team to review and approve your submission.


Once your request is approved, you will receive a separate email from Return Helper with the return label. However, if the request is rejected (e.g., due to insufficient photos), we will notify you via email and ask you to resubmit with the required information. Please monitor your email closely to avoid missing any important updates.
